Our clinic is open:

8.30am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday

8.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

If you are new to our clinic, we request that you arrive 10 minutes early to complete the necessary paper work or save time by pre-registering yourself and your family members via our website.

Standard consultations are approximately 20 minutes. Please notify the receptionist if you are likely to need more time (e.g. for health screening, medicals, well - women’s checks which can often be 30 min+ in duration). If more than one person from your family wishes to see the doctor at the same time, please ensure a separate appointment is made for each family member.

We understand that your time is valuable therefore, we endeavour to adhere to all booked appointment times. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as an emergency, when appointment times may alter, our receptionists will make contact with you in advance.

We aim to offer you an appointment with your doctor of choice, but will offer an alternative if your preferred choice is unavailable. Urgent cases will be seen on the same day, especially when a sick child needs to be seen by a doctor.

We accept all hardcopy insurance forms for purposes of medical reimbursement. The forms can be completed by our doctors at the end of the consultation. Please remember to bring a claim form with you on your first visit.

Consultation fees are dependent on the time spent with the doctor as well as the content and complexity of the consultation. Payment methods include; cash, cheque, NETS and credit card. Please refer to our receptionists for credit card acceptance.
