Kate Wong Jing
Kate has been working in the medical industry for ten years and is our Phlebotomist. She has a natural gift with children and parents often ask for her when vaccinations are needed. A lot of Kate’s time at CHI is spent in Dispensary which is an area she enjoys very much and her knowledge in this field plays an invaluable part in the Clinic. During her spare time, she is a volunteer with the Breast Cancer Foundation and a counselor with MCYS. Kate has two very special Jack Russell dogs and enjoys caring for them and taking them for long walks in Singapore.
Marissa Baldicasa Gutierrez
Marissa is from the Philippines and has over 16 years experience as a Registered Nurse having worked in large clinical hospitals settings primarily in medical and surgical nursing. She has travelled extensively and lived in Australia for many years. Her interests include; trekking, white-water rafting and reading. A mother of two girls, Marissa enjoys spending time with her family.
Susan Tweedie
Susan Tweedie is originally from the UK and has been living in Singapore for a year.
She is a Registered Nurse and Midwife with over 25 years experience, both overseas and in the UK National Health Service.
Previously, Susan worked as a specialist midwife in Margate Kent in the High Risk Fetal Medicine Clinic; providing midwifery care to her clients as well as postnatal debriefing following traumatic birth outcomes. She has also worked in Saudi Arabia and in a humanitarian aid capacity in a large refugee camp in Goma Zaire.
She is married and has two daughters. Relaxation is family days out, and walking her two dogs Briggs and Alfie.
Stephanie Buirski
Stephanie is a registered Nurse/Midwife in Singapore and Australia. Originally from Tasmania, Australia, Stephanie moved to Singapore with her young family 9 years ago. She now has 4 children aged 9, 13,17 and 20. She has worked in a travel and family medical practice for many years. She has also worked as a doula and childbirth educator here in Singapore in a number of hospitals. Stephanie particularly enjoys helping new mothers become confident in caring for their new babies and is passionate about helping mums face challenges that may occur at different all stages in a childs development. When she is not at work Stephanie loves to play tennis & spend time with her family.
